These Terms govern your use of the Qwik Now website, mobile app and services (the "Platform"), operated by DLCityShop Pvt. Ltd. ("Qwik Now", "we", "us"), a company based in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India. By creating an account, placing an order or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked in section 8.
1. What Qwik Now is
- Qwik Now sells groceries, household and daily-needs products from its own stores and warehouse, delivered in minutes by its riders in Chhindwara and by courier elsewhere in India.
- Some products are sold by partner shops (local businesses on the Platform). The seller's name is shown on the product page, in the cart and on your bill; Qwik Now collects the payment, arranges delivery and handles complaints on the seller's behalf.
- Prices, stock and delivery estimates shown in the app are for the delivery location you set.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with your phone number (one-time password) or Google. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
- Tell us at once at security@palmultistore.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers, harassment of riders or staff, or repeated refused orders.
3. Ordering
- An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the store confirms it in the app; until then we may decline it (out of stock, closed store, undeliverable address, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund anything paid.
- Quantities per product may be limited so that everyone gets a share of offers.
- Product photos and descriptions are indicative; pack sizes, colours and packaging can change with the manufacturer's batch. The MRP printed on the pack is the price you can rely on.
4. Prices, taxes and charges
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We never charge more than the MRP printed on a product.
- Delivery fees follow the tiers on the Delivery Policy page (free above a basket value, half fee above a lower value, otherwise a standard fee).
- Small per-order charges may apply and are always itemised before you pay: handling fee, platform fee, small-cart fee for very small baskets, late-night fee, weather surcharge, and product-specific delivery surcharges.
- Your bill shows every line; the total you approve at checkout is the total you are charged.
5. Payment
- Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords.
- Cash on Delivery is available on most orders; pay the rider in cash or by UPI at the door. Some products are prepaid only.
- Qwik coins, coupons and gift cards can be applied at checkout under their own rules (section 9).
6. Delivery
- Delivery estimates are estimates. Traffic, weather, festivals and store load can change them; the app shows the live status and rider position.
- You are responsible for a correct address, a reachable phone number and being available to receive the order. Hand-over is confirmed with an OTP and a photo.
- You may check items at the door and refuse any that are wrong or damaged. Orders that cannot be delivered are handled as described in the Delivery Policy.
- We do not sell or deliver tobacco products online — see section 7.
7. Tobacco products are not sold online
We do not sell cigarettes, bidis, cigars, chewing tobacco, rolling papers and other rolling needs, hookah and hookah flavours, or paan masala on the Qwik Now website or app. You cannot order them for delivery, for store pickup or on a repeat (subscription) order, and we do not advertise them.
- At a shop counter. A partner shop may sell these products to you in person at its own counter. That sale is between you and the shop, which must check your age and follow the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 (COTPA): no sale to anyone under 18 (or the higher age your state sets), and none within 100 yards of a school or college.
- Older baskets and orders. If one of these products is still in your basket, a saved list or a repeat order from before, we take it out and tell you. Nothing is charged for it.
- What we never sell. E-cigarettes and vapes, which are banned in India, and any product banned in your state — for example gutkha where the state has banned it.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
The Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy and the Delivery Policy are part of these Terms. In short: cancel for free while the order shows Order placed; report problems within the windows in the policy; refunds go back to the original payment method or as Qwik coins.
9. Coins, coupons, referrals, gift cards and tips
- Qwik coins are a reward, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, expire after the period shown in your account, and are reversed if the order they came from is cancelled or refunded.
- Coupons carry their own conditions (minimum basket, validity, one per order, specific products or first orders). We may withdraw a coupon that is misused or was published in error.
- Referral rewards are for genuine new customers; duplicate accounts, self-referrals or fake orders forfeit the reward and may close the account.
- Gift cards are prepaid balances for use on the Platform, not redeemable for cash, and are not returnable once issued.
- Tips you add for a rider go entirely to the rider and are not refundable.
10. Qwik Elite membership
Membership plans, prices, benefits (such as bonus coins and delivery benefits) and renewal terms are shown on the membership page when you buy. Benefits apply only while the membership is active and cannot be exchanged for cash. If we discontinue a plan, unused paid months are refunded pro-rata.
11. Partner shops and sellers
- For items sold by a partner shop, the sale contract is between you and that seller; the seller is responsible for the product, its quality and its compliance with law, and issues the invoice.
- Qwik Now is the platform and delivery service. We handle your complaints and refunds for these items under the same policies, and recover them from the seller where appropriate.
- Partner shops set their own opening hours; when a shop is closed, its items show as unavailable for minutes delivery.
12. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Give false information, place orders you do not intend to accept, or abuse Cash on Delivery.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against riders, shop staff or support staff. Delivery partners may leave and we may cancel the order if they feel unsafe.
- Post reviews or content that are false, defamatory, unlawful or not yours to share.
- Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with its security or other accounts.
- Resell products bought on the Platform in a way that breaks the law or the manufacturer's terms.
13. Reviews and content you post
Only customers who received an item can review it. By posting a review, photo or question you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on the Platform and in our marketing, and you confirm it is honest and yours. We may edit for length or remove content that breaks these Terms.
14. Intellectual property
The Qwik Now name, logo, app, website, design and content belong to DLCityShop Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Product names and brand marks belong to their owners. You may use the Platform for personal shopping only.
15. Liability
We work hard to deliver the right products on time, but the Platform and delivery are provided "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate DLCityShop Pvt. Ltd., its partner shops and riders for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of the law.
17. Notices, changes and law
- We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, without prejudice to your right to approach the consumer commission of your district.
